When you can withdraw

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the VIP access contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

VIP access is digital content. When you order in the bot, you request its supply immediately after the payment is booked and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins. That is why the right of withdrawal lapses when access to the VIP channel is granted (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Until then you can withdraw and we refund the full payment.

How to withdraw

Send a statement to hello@wickviper.com or write to the bot @WickViperBot. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. We send the refund within 14 days, in the same token and on the same network, to the wallet address you give. We pay the network fee for the refund.
